Air-Fried Sweet Potato Fries, French Fries and Broccoli
Ingredients:
- For Sweet Potato Fries:
o 1 large sweet potato
o 1 tablespoon olive oil
o 1/2 teaspoon paprika
o 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
o Salt and pepper to taste
- For Broccoli:
o 1/2 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
o 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
o 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
o Salt and pepper to taste
- For French Fries:
o 2 large russet potatoes
o 1 tablespoon olive oil
o 1/2 teaspoon paprika
o 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
o Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
o Set your Technika Oven to the Air Fry function and preheat it to 200°C for optimal crispiness.
2. Prepare the Ingredients:
o Peel and cut the sweet potato into fry-shaped pieces.
o Peel and cut the russet potatoes into fry-shaped pieces.
o Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
3. Season and Toss:
o For sweet potato fries: In a bowl, toss the sweet potato pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
o For french fries: In a separate bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
o For broccoli: Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Arrange on the Shelf:
o On the Technika Oven Air Fryer tray, arrange the sweet potato fries in one section, the french fries in another section, and the broccoli in the remaining space. Make sure to leave some space between each to ensure even air circulation.
5. Air Fry:
o Place the shelf in the preheated oven. Cook using the Air Fry function for 20-25 minutes.
o After 10 minutes, shake or turn the sweet potato fries and French fries for even cooking. Stir the broccoli as well. Continue cooking until everything is crispy and golden.
6. Serve:
o Once done, remove the shelf from the oven. Let everything cool slightly before serving.
